About the Role:

The Batch Man / Dispatcher plays a critical role in the construction industry by managing the preparation and delivery of concrete batches to ensure quality and consistency on job sites. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating concrete batching equipment or similar machinery in a construction environment.
• Basic knowledge of concrete mix design and material properties.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in concrete batching or related construction trades.
• Familiarity with computerized batching systems and quality control software.
• Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations related to construction materials.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain concrete batching equipment to prepare batches according to project specifications.

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and environmental regulations during batching and material handling.
