With access to more than 1,200 partner providers across 50+ specialties, six ambulatory surgery centers, comprehensive ambulatory services including imaging, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, and more, you have access to all the resources you need to provide exceptional patient care and perfect the practice of medicine every day.Duly Health and Care Mokena is seeking a APP who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.Responsibilities-**As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:*** Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Michele A. Danaher, MD | Duly Health and Care | Duly Health and Care.* Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Danaher.* Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.* Develop a relationship and partnership with Dr. Danaher clinical staff members, and management.* Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding* Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.* Strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Family Medicine and more than 1,600 Duly providers* Live and work in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation's leading healthcare facilitiesDuly Health and Care provides a valuable benefits program that’s made to meet the various needs of our team members and their families.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance and medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a Duly provider.* Employer provided life and disability insurance.* Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account* 401K* Vacation, Sick Time, Volunteer Days, and Paid Holidays* Employee Discounts and Tuition Assistance* $2,500 in CME funds*.***Qualifications-* Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree.* Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois* Previous experience in Family Medicine or similar setting preferred. + New Graduate APP candidates encouraged to apply.If you are dedicated to pursuing the absolute best – for our patients and the future of healthcare – you belong at Duly.\*\*\*The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000-140,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
