Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role. In this position, the specialist supports customers by providing timely, accurate information on insurance products and coverage options. The specialist actively engages in sales activities such as identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and following up on leads to support agency growth targets. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in training to stay current on products and procedures, and maintaining detailed records in agency systems. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and team members. Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships. Sales experience or aptitude, including identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Basic proficiency with office and CRM software, accurate data entry, and comfort working with insurance systems. Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or retail sales is beneficial.
