Hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Days: Saturday and Sunday

Shift Type: Part-Time (United States)

Position Overview

Your Role: In this advanced technical position within the allied imaging field, you will work alongside a diverse team to deliver exceptional imaging services. These services encompass ultrasound, CT scans, PET scans, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The main focus of the CT Technologist role is to execute all imaging and clinical responsibilities associated with CT technology, while also performing specialized imaging techniques and supporting the Radiologist during interventional procedures that necessitate CT guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program
Current Basic Life Support certification
Active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
Certification from the Texas Department of State Health
Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant work experience

About Us

Our organization is a 314-bed, comprehensive acute care teaching hospital serving Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Lancaster, and Glen Heights in southwestern Dallas County. We have recently expanded our emergency department by 40,000 square feet and offer a newly renovated intensive care unit, labor and delivery unit, and interventional radiology suite. Our facility includes a Level III Trauma Center, a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and the Dr. Stephen and Marilyn Mansfield Oncology Unit. We have received accolades for excellence in various medical fields, including cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, open-heart surgery, STEMI care, stroke care, and joint replacement services for women and children.
