Daily responsibilities process and post accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are received and applied correctly investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues maintain organized and accurate financial records communicate professionally with internal teams regarding account status support general accounting and administrative functions as needed.

Requirements prior experience in accounts receivable or accounting support preferred strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy ability to work efficiently in an office-based accounting environment basic to intermediate proficiency with accounting systems and standard office software strong organizational and time-management skills professional written and verbal communication abilities.
