Responsibilities include ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction through commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude" and a hands-on, lead by example management style, utilizing leadership skills and motivating employees to ensure cost control and labor management, inspecting establishment and observing workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations, ensuring paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records. Qualifications include at least 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience, extensive front of house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic. Pay Range USD $78,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.
