Insurance Appeal Representative may also function as an intermediary between healthcare providers, clients and health insurance companies.**Full-time/ 40 hours per week****Monday - Friday / 8 hour shifts****Hybrid - mostly work from home with in-person meetings****Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED required.* Minimum of two years current experience in medical insurance for payers or government programs is required.* Previous insurance collections experience desired.* Physician billing experience preferred* Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with high attention to details and strong organization skills are critical for success.* Must demonstrate a working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPC codes, and HIPAA. Working knowledge of business and communication software such as MS Office, medical software programs, and general business office equipment (copier, printer, fax , and scanner).Basic mathematical skills.
