JOB TITLE: Customer Sales Rockstar (CSR) THE VIBE Are you the person who can walk into a room and strike up a conversation with anyone? WHAT YOU'LL BE CRUSHING EVERY DAY Relationship Architect
- Be the Welcome Wagon: Greet every customer (in-person or online) like a long-lost friend.
- Problem Solver: You don't just sell products; you find solutions that fit our customers' lives and budgets.
- The Follow-Up King/Queen: Keep the conversation going! You're the pro at keeping customers engaged and excited about their next upgrade.
- Go Viral: Host Facebook Live events to show off our latest gear. It's your time to shine on camera!
- CRM Wizard: Manage leads like a pro. From chat inquiries to promo hunters, you'll own your "bucket" and turn leads into deliveries.
- Hunt the Win: Use your "Magic" to find new business and keep the store buzzin'.
- "Rent Ready" Perfection: Keep the showroom looking like a million bucks. If it's clean, functional, and priced right, it's ready to go home!
- Merchandising Pro: Have an eye for design? You'll help place products and create displays that make people stop and stare.
