You will partner closely with product owners, architects, business partners, and fellow engineers to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions—owning your work from analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of features and services, guide technical direction on items of moderate-to-high complexity, decompose narratives into well-scoped work, and champion engineering excellence through clean code, secure coding practices, automated testing, and reliable CI/CD delivery. You will also serve as a technical mentor—leading code reviews, clarifying requirements, explaining end-to-end system flows, and coaching junior engineers—while collaborating with UX experts, delivery managers, and scrum leaders to shape thoughtful designs, providing sizing estimates, identify risks early, and establish mitigation plans. A meaningful part of your work will involve leveraging GenAI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code) across the SDLC—implementation, refactoring, unit testing, code reviews, scripting/automation, troubleshooting, and documentation—while applying strong engineering judgment, validation, and prompt engineering practices to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and shape team-level standards for AI-assisted development.
