This role partners with plant leadership to close training gaps, strengthen workforce capability, and drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people development. You'll own training strategy execution, develop engaging content, and build sustainable systems that support operational excellence.What You'll DoOwn and execute training programs across food, bottle, and TetraPak production linesPartner with plant leaders to align training with business goals and performance targetsDevelop and maintain training content (SOPs, OPLs, manuals, videos, multimedia tools)Create engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences and learning stylesAnalyze training data to identify gaps, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvementBuild and mentor a network of trainers and future training leadersCollaborate with SMEs and HR to enhance onboarding and career development programsMaintain training systems, documentation, and standard work processesEvaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metricsEnsure compliance with food safety (GFSI), quality standards, GMPs, and safety regulationsSupport cross-site collaboration and share best practices across facilitiesProvide updates and insights to Operations leadershipRequirementsWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalent3–5 years of manufacturing experience (food or regulated environment preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetExperience developing or delivering training programs or materialsAbility to coach, influence, and mentor teams at all levelsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgencyLeadership mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approachWillingness to travel 10-15% across company locations (SC, WI, CA)
