You will play a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft fleet and contributing to our commitment to superior service.Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and inspections following manufacturers' guidelines.Diagnose and repair aircraft components by interpreting maintenance manuals.Assemble and install various aircraft components using hand and power tools.Execute emergency repairs to minimize downtime, which may involve travel.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations consistently.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Physical capability to climb, bend, and lift in various weather conditions.Vision acuity for adjusting and focusing on tasks.Professional demeanor in representing the company to customers.This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30-$35, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
