Aviata Health Group is seeking an In-House Nurse Practitioner specializing in Infectious Disease to support geriatric residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Florida. You will lead clinical care, perform physical exams, prescribe treatments, develop care policies, coordinate discharge visits, and work with a multidisciplinary team to prevent hospitalizations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with no nights or weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
