Local Class A CDL Dedicated Truck Driver

Job Description

We are hiring professional Class A CDL Drivers for our high-priority dedicated retail fleet operating out of Casa Grande, AZ.

This position is built for drivers who value consistency. You will run predictable local loops, enjoy multiple streams of pay to maximize your paycheck, and get home after every single shift . With 100% no-touch freight, you can focus entirely on the road and your revenue.

Fleet Operations & Route Details

Origin Point: All daily routes launch directly from the distribution center in Casa Grande, AZ.
Earn a steady $1,200 – $1,500 weekly average , driven by a premium mileage and stop-pay structure.
The Radius: Local and regional loops delivering straight to retail stores within a tight 225-mile radius.
The Routine: Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, averaging 3 to 4 store deliveries per load.
Slip-Seat Operation: Daily slip-seat setup. Day cabs remain at the yard at the end of your shift.

Job Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum of 3 months of verifiable solo Class A driving experience.
Hiring Radius: Must reside within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
Shift Flexibility: Retail distribution operates 24/7. Drivers must be able to work any assigned shift, including weekends, nights, or early morning dispatches.
Must successfully pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
