Project Engineering Manager - Overhead Transmission Line

We are seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission line projects. This role involves managing cross-discipline engineering teams, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance, and supporting business development efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams.
- Manage project execution, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to address technical needs and project changes.
- Support proposal development and pursuit strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; advanced degree or P.E. license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in transmission line design or EPC project management.
- Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural design, and foundations.
- Experience working with investor-owned utilities in the U.S. is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
