Caregiver for Seniors

Caregiver – All Shifts Available | $100 Sign‑On Bonus
Pay: $16.00/hr base • $22.50/hr weekend rate
Bonus: $100 Sign‑On Bonus after 60 days
(Requires no call‑offs + 20 shifts completed within 60 days)

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders
• Assisting with safe mobility
• Safe transfer techniques:
  • Hoyer lift
  • Sit‑to‑stand lift
  • Slide board transfers
  • Pivot transfers & bed mobility
• Personal care & hygiene
• Grooming, bathing, dressing
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in home care or facility care
• A passion for helping others
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, reliability, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to pass a background check
