What You'll Be Doing As a Barista at BIGGBY COFFEE #748, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every cup of coffee is brewed to perfection and every customer leaves with a smile. Here’s what your daily grind might include:
- Crafting delicious coffee and specialty drinks with care and precision.
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth operations.
- Working as part of a team to keep things running efficiently during busy shifts.
- Learning and adhering to our recipes and standards to deliver consistent quality.
We’re seeking someone who loves coffee, enjoys interacting with people, and has the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of teamwork and dependability.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
