In this full-time W2 role, you’ll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs. • Participate in ongoing coaching & individual development sessions
• Participate in group coaching and development sessions
• Ensure adherence to company policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
• Must be available to work all shifts in full
• Must be responsive in company communication including emails and Slack Direct Messaging
• Must be receptive to phone feeding and sales assistance
