Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr

Job Summary:- 
We are seeking an adaptable and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support operations across multiple locations throughout Connecticut. This role will provide customer service, administrative, mailroom, print production, and reception support depending on the needs of each site. The ideal candidate must be flexible, reliable, comfortable traveling between locations, and able to adapt to different work environments.

Key Responsibilities:-
Support daily operations across multiple customer locations within the assigned area.
Provide professional customer service and respond promptly to customer and end-user requests.
Support mailroom, reception, print production, and general administrative services as needed.
Travel between locations to provide coverage for vacations, absences, training, implementations, and operational needs.
Assist with onboarding and cross-training new team members.
Support process improvements and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Maintain accurate site procedures, records, reports, and operational documentation.
Identify and escalate customer issues and assist with resolution through completion.
Conduct visual inspections of site services and maintain safety and quality standards.
Collect operational data and assist with monthly reporting.
Maintain a customer-focused environment and support overall customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:-
High school diploma required.
At least 12 months of related work experience.
Previous customer service, administrative, mailroom, reception, or office support experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common computer applications.
Ability to manage files, navigate network folders, and perform basic data entry.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and comfortable working at different locations and adapting to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally between assigned sites.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, reach, and stretch for extended periods.
Ability to work in office and warehouse environments.
