Title: Special Education Paraprofessional Location: Columbia, MD Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday- Friday *schedule differs from school* Compensation: $20 - $22/hr Environment: We need multiple special education paraprofessionals serving students ranging from Elementary to High School classrooms Job Description: We are looking for a passionate special education paraprofessional for a full-time position in Columbia, MD and surrounding area for the rest of the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking for qualified candidates for roles across several areas; Elementary , 1:1 and classroom/program aides, and a range of students with individual needs. Qualifications: Must: -Associates Degree, 60 hours of completed college coursework, or willing to take paraprofessional certification test -Desire to work with students with special needs -Team player Benefits: -Expedited hiring and onboarding process -Ability to start August 24th -Benefits available DAY 1 -Weekly Pay -Ability to work with school's special population and make a difference in someone's life Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k)
