About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Endoscopy Registered Nurse – Virginia Start Date: August 17, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts with on-call weekends and after-hours coverage Highlights: - Work in a 5-bed pre-op, 5-bed post-op endoscopy unit with 2 procedural rooms- Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 ensuring quality, focused care- Perform colonoscopies, upper endoscopies, and ERCPs using modern endoscopic equipment- All-RN staff environment with bedside monitors, EKG machines, and advanced procedural technology- Documentation via Expanse EMR system- Small, family-oriented department with strong team dedication and collaborative culture Requirements: - Active RN license in Virginia (or eligible for licensure)- Minimum 1 year of endoscopy procedural experience required- Current ACLS and BLS certifications- Ability to float to local endoscopy facilities or pre-op/PACU as needed- Light blue scrubs required (specific dress code applies) Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a close-knit, team-oriented endoscopy department where collaboration and patient care excellence are top priorities.
