Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $28+/hr DOE

Location: Rosenberg, TX

Experience: 3-5 years

We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Manager in Rosenberg, TX. The ideal candidate has leadership experience within a shipping and receiving function transporting products both domestically and internationally across air and sea. We're looking for someone well organized who will own the department/function supporting internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Shipping And Receiving Manager Responsibilities:

• Fulfill daily international and domestic shipping requirements
• Collaborate and communicate with multiple internal and external parties involved in the shipment and receipt of products
• Ensure customer satisfaction by making sure outgoing orders are accurately packed, labeled, shipped, and communicated in a timely manner throughout the process
• Track, trace, update, and communicate the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Perform quality checks on received goods for accuracy, identifying defects and initiating returns
• Receive and distribute incoming shipments to appropriate personnel

Shipping And Receiving Manager Requirements:

• Experience leading a shipping/receiving function required
• Must be competent with ERP Systems and Logistics software
• Must be organized, able to plan in advance, having a strong sense of time and urgency
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required
• Experience with Export Controls, Shipping Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods required
• Familiarity with IATA DGR Manuals and IMDG Codes highly preferred
