Career Launch AI mentors operate as independent career coaches and advisors , matched with motivated candidates actively pursuing high-impact roles.
As a mentor, you focus on high-value guidance , not lead generation or admin.
What You’ll DoAs a Career Launch AI Mentor, you may:
Coach candidates on role targeting, positioning, and career strategy
Support interview preparation (behavioral, technical, and case-based)
Advise on resumes, personal narratives, and offer strategy
Guide candidates through competitive hiring processes
Help clients move from application to offer faster
You work flexibly and engage with clients aligned to your expertise.

Compensation & Earnings Estimated Annual Earnings:
$60,000 – $250,000+ USD
Mentors are compensated based on:
Client engagements
Coaching packages and outcomes
Volume and specialization
There is no cap on earnings. Mentors control availability and client load.
