University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to clients in Wayne, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions following care plans.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document care provided and communicate observations to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and confidentiality policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in home care or related field preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
