Motor Assembler IWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Position Overview:We are looking for a Motor Assembler I to join our team. In this role, you will perform standardized motor assembly and testing tasks while learning processes and adhering to established procedures. You will work collaboratively within a production cell under guidance to support production and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Assemble motors and components using work instructions, drawings, and specificationsPerform basic mechanical and electrical testing to ensure products meet specificationsOperate manufacturing equipment, including winding machines, test stations, and spray systemsRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and bill of materials to complete assembly tasksComplete and follow required documentation and instructionsInspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specificationsHandle materials properly to prevent damage or contaminationFollow all safety procedures and environmental regulationsCollaborate with team members and support work flow throughout production areasRequired Skills and Qualifications:Completion of a High School Diploma or GEDAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructionsBasic math skills and ability to use measuring toolsGood written and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervisionBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety proceduresPreferred Skills and Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environmentFamiliarity with motor assembly or electromechanical productsExperience operating production or testing equipmentPhysical Demand and Work Environment:The physical demands and work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those an employee must meet, with or without reasonable accommodation, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
