Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Emergency Department License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CPI, PALS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: Epic experience required Candidates with previous Charge RN and Level 2 Trauma experience preferred Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room. The position requires a commitment to working night shifts, specifically 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department. Candidates are expected to be flexible with scheduling, with a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences. This role involves providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population, including adults with various medical conditions. Strong skills in managing critical situations, performing EKG interpretations, and familiarity with Epic charting systems are essential. Candidates must be prepared to pass a mandatory EKG exam during compliance. Additional skills preferred include management of arterial lines, ventilated patients, and blood product administration.
