Guest Relations Associate

Description The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences. The Guest Relations Associate will be responsible for membership and program sales, providing information and answering questions about programs and services, and checking in visitors for the Kroc Center and Railton Place. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES u00b7 Greet guests as they enter the Kroc Center and the Railton Place and ensure they feel welcomed and have a positive experience. u00b7 Process all guest inquiries and sales by maintaining knowledge of current programs, services, and fees. u00b7 Provide administrative support to include filing, data entry, and mailing. Ensure confidentiality of all data. u00b7 Handle and resolve guestu2019s complaints and disputes by obtaining and evaluating all relevant data. u00b7 Provide security to ensure the Kroc Center and Railton Place are safe and secure by ensuring authorized entry by checking in and out all guests. u00b7 Review security monitors and report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to management. u00b7 Assist with emergencies and crisis situations including but not limited to fire alarms, flooding, and medical emergencies. u00b7 Maintain cleanliness of facility and conduct all mandatory safety checks. u00b7 Ensure that events, programs, and activities begin and end on time. u00b7 Responsible for all opening and closing duties. u00b7 Assist Kroc Center, Railton Place, and Property team with accurate and detailed work order and incident reports. u00b7 Accept mail and packages for Kroc Center staff and Railton Place residents. u00b7 Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS u00b7 High School Diploma or GED equivalency. u00b7 Must have excellent customer service skills in-person, over the phone, and through digital communication. u00b7 Must be computer literate with proficient typing skills and the ability to use new software programs with basic training. u00b7 Able to perform job functions with proactive mindset, good organization, attention to detail, fine judgement, speed, accuracy, and poise u00b7 Self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a self-directed schedule u00b7 Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Vietnamese preferred u00b7 Experience with a Point of Sales (POS) system and membership recruitment preferred. EQUIPMENT USED Standard Office Equipment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
