Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Flexible Schedule Concierge Home Care | Marianna, FL 32446 PRN Earnings at $45-$49 per visit based on experience Flexible schedule + autonomy 1:1 patient care in the home Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the Marianna area. Coverage Area: Marianna / Jackson County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling) Flexibility & Autonomy Create and manage your own daily schedule Flexible options: PRN No hospital shifts or 12‑hour rotations Greater work-life balance with meaningful 1:1 care Technology That Works for You AI-assisted charting to streamline documentation User-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) Complete notes faster and finish your day sooner Spend more time with patients—not paperwork Growth & Clinical Support Structured onboarding and mentorship Preceptorship program with experienced clinical educators Ongoing clinical training and development Free CEUs Clear career advancement opportunities Your Role as a Home Health COTA Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising OT Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Complete documentation using streamlined, AI‑assisted tools Flexible scheduling options (PRN) Referral bonuses ($1,000 for full‑time hires) Supportive leadership and team environment Qualifications Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance CPR certification Home health experience preferred, but not required Join a team that empowers you to deliver high-quality, one‑on‑one care while maintaining the flexibility and income potential you deserve.
