As a Lead Furniture Installer on Circadia's Facility Services Team, you are a key part of delivering an exceptional client experience. You will install commercial furniture, help lead projects in the field, solve problems, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently and to our quality standards.

• Lead by example in safety, quality, professionalism and productivity
• Complete installations accurately, efficiently and according to manufacturer standards
• Take ownership of jobsite execution, communication and problem-solving
• Contribute to the safety, quality and profitability of every project

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, reconfigure and decommission commercial furniture and systems
• Lead or support installation crews based on project size and complexity
• Review project information and coordinate daily jobsite activities
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients and installation team members
• Load, unload, receive and verify furniture and other product
• Identify and resolve field issues while escalating concerns when appropriate
• Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and stay current on products and installation methods
• Maintain required tools and equipment
• Level, adjust, repair and clean furniture as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional jobsite
• Follow all Circadia safety standards and immediately report unsafe conditions
• Immediately communicate damages, errors, omissions or project concerns
• Assist with furniture, people and content moves as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong commercial furniture installation and mechanical skills
• Ability to lead by example and provide direction to others

• Ability to read plans, drawings and installation instructions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Commitment to safety, quality and accountability
• Dependable, team-oriented and takes pride in doing the job right

EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years' experience installing commercial systems furniture, architectural products, millwork or similar products
• Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience strongly preferred
• Class E license preferred

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

COMPENSATION

• $30–$35 per hour, dependent upon experience

• 15 days PTO (second calendar year) and 11 paid holidays (after 15 days of employment)
