Job Description Job Title: Laboratory Chemist Job Description We are seeking a Laboratory Chemist to join a growing bioanalytical laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for Bachelor level graduates looking to build hands‑on laboratory experience in a regulated environment. The role will focus on sample preparation, laboratory testing, and analytical techniques while working alongside an experienced team. Responsibilities Prepare and process biological samples, including blood, urine, and plasma. Perform laboratory testing following established procedures and protocols. Utilize common laboratory equipment such as pipettes, balances, and pH meters. Assist with sample preparation and extraction techniques. Operate automated laboratory and liquid-handling equipment. Record and review data using electronic laboratory systems. Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines and laboratory safety procedures. Learn and support analytical instrumentation, including HPLC and LC-MS, through on-the-job training. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related Life Science field. Laboratory experience gained through coursework, research projects, internships, or part-time employment. Experience with basic laboratory techniques, including pipetting and solution preparation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn and develop new laboratory skills. Work Environment Laboratory-based position within a collaborative scientific team.
