Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment through timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and effective troubleshooting. Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role demands a proactive approach to maintaining mechanical systems. The position typically operates during day shifts with on-call availability to address urgent issues.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment repair to minimize downtime
Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and accurately
Collaborate within a small team (1-5 members)
Respond to on-call maintenance requests as needed

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
