Overview AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our family. The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to residents and support the healthcare team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patients’ needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and relevant state and federal regulations. Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition. Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, and temperature. Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate support to residents. Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans. Qualifications Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all applicable policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits Hours: Full-time (40-hour week). Compensation: $40.00 per hour. Location & Hours Various locations, including Austin, TX (5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731) and other sites as needed.
