Job Title: General Laborer Job Description

This position involves cleaning the facility as needed, including sweeping, stacking, and loading blocks, and monitoring and operating machinery as required.

• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping and housekeeping.
• Stack and load blocks efficiently.
• Monitor and operate block-making machinery as needed.
• Unload finished products from conveyors.
• Maintain strong attendance and reliability.

• Ability to work 1012 hour shifts, 6 days per week, up to 72 hours weekly.
• Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive, physical labor in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, and work on feet for extended periods.
• Flexible with start times and shift changes.

• Outdoor industrial/construction experience preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Haines City, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
