Join our dynamic team at Pediatric Therapy Solutions as a Speech and Language Pathologist & Assistants! In this rewarding role, you will help children overcome communication challenges while working on a supportive and collaborative team! Speech therapy services may be provided via a Hybrid Caseload model of in-person and teletherapy sessions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech and language abilities(SLP).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children (SLP).
- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills (SLP & SLP-A).
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals (SLP & SLP-A).
- Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals (SLP & SLP-A).
- Educate families on communication strategies and techniques (SLP & SLP-A).
- Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy (SLP & SLP-A).
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities (SLP & SLP-A).
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP).
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (SLP-A).
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist/Assistant in Texas.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
- Knowledge of current speech therapy techniques and technologies.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Reliable & insured transportation.
- Current CPR.
