Overview:
Our growing primary care clinic in Bullhead City is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative and supportive team. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced providers and new graduates seeking hands-on mentorship, flexible scheduling, and long-term career growth in a patient-focused environment.

Position Offers:
• Flexible schedule with 4- or 5-day workweek options
• Monday Friday schedule
• Competitive salary: $125,000 $165,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across diverse populations
• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
• Support continuity of care through follow-up visits and care coordination

Qualifications:
• Active or eligible Physician Assistant license in Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based setting
• New graduates encouraged to apply
