Registered Nurse/Emergency Room- Full-time-6a-6p-Th-Sat -Shift Differentials and Sign on Bonus

Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our dynamic emergency department team. As an ER RN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering fast, efficient, and compassionate care to patients in their most urgent moments. Shift Schedule : Thursday, Friday, and Saturday – 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay Range : $34.29 – $51.43 per hour based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials). Full‑time position. Shift Differentials : Weekday Nights (Mon‑Thu) – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am – $3.00 per hour Weekend Days (Sat‑Sun) – 7:00 am to 7:00 pm – $3.50 per hour Weekend Nights (Fri‑Sun) – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am – $5.00 per hour Sign‑On Bonus : $3,000. Key Responsibilities : Assess and stabilize patients in life‑threatening emergencies such as strokes, heart attacks, or severe injuries. Triage cases in order of urgency and need. Administer medication as instructed by physicians. Start intravenous lines, perform intubations, patient stitches, and sutures as directed. Enter and maintain incoming patient records. Collaborate closely with the emergency staff to improve patient outcomes. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Active Colorado RN license. Three years of RN experience; previous ER experience preferred. Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications. TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certification, to be completed within one month of hire. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional multitasking and time‑management skills. Ability to work closely with a team and patients. Willingness to continually learn the latest advancements in emergency medicine. Ability to place intravenous lines, set bones, and perform other emergency medical tasks quickly and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills.
