Full-time position for a friendly orthodontic office located in Northbrook . Good communication skills are required. Responsibilities include: answering phones, making appointments, confirming and filing insurance claims, and word processing skills. Excellent salary and benefits, including vacation pay, 401 (K) plan with employer contribution, and profit-sharing plan.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phones
- Receive and distribute mail
- Proficient word processing/typing skills
- Good communication skills
- Great customer service attitude
- Schedule appointments
- Filing insurance claims
- Set up financial contract
