Purchasing Manager

Manage the full vendor credentialing lifecycle, including onboarding, verification, monitoring, recredentialing, and offboarding activities. Ensure vendor compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within vendor credentialing and document management systems (e.g., Symplr, VendorMate, GHX, or similar platforms). You will collaborate across multiple departments to ensure alignment, optimize processes, and support growth initiatives that enhance overall business performance. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team. Pay Range: $74290 per year - $96140 per year What’s in it for you Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Sales, Supply Management, and Finance to ensure seamless implementation and execution of client programs and procurement strategies. Manage procurement activities such as supplier/vendor relationships, contract negotiation, purchase requisitions, order processing, and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Drive product and category management initiatives including product specification alignment, rationalization, pricing strategy, and supplier performance monitoring to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery. Lead and support teams by providing training, guidance, and coordination to achieve operational efficiency, meet financial goals, and promote continuous improvement. Analyze sales, procurement, and operational data to identify opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance overall business performance. Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate communication, problem resolution, and alignment of goals across divisions and regions.
