Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapy for clients and families.
• Manage a clinical caseload, providing coverage as needed.
• Collaborate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Communicate with external providers and maintain accurate documentation.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans using diverse clinical data.
• Support crisis interventions and maintain a safe therapeutic milieu.
• Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Contribute to discharge planning and staff training.

Qualifications

• Licensed PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW (active, in good standing).
• 3 years of clinical experience, including 1–2 years in residential settings.
• Expertise in behavioral health, treatment planning, and case management.
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar modalities (preferred).
• Experience with diverse DSM-V diagnoses and milieu therapy (preferred).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability to pass background/drug checks.
• Strong multitasking and computer skills.
