Senior Occupancy Planner

Responsibilities Develop and implement occupancy strategies and migration sequencing plans. Analyze space utilization data to increase productivity and maximize space use. Align planning with corporate guidelines and enforce space policies and standards. Interact with organizational leadership to identify requirements and prepare status reports. Reconcile top‑down and bottom‑up seat/headcount projections. Perform detailed test‑fits. Leverage expertise in Excel and Google Sheets. Support the implementation of a CAFM system for the client. Three days (3) of onsite presence weekly. Required Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in strategic space or occupancy planning. Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related field. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software. Experience with AutoCAD for basic test‑fits and square‑foot calculations. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strategic thinking and a big‑picture perspective. Preferred Qualifications Ability to interact with executive‑level clients. Proactive and innovative approach to challenges. Strong leadership and influence skills. Adaptability and comfort with change. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
