Vineyard Henderson Memory Care , located in Henderson, NV , is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service‑oriented Cook Aide to support our dining team and help provide an extraordinary dining experience for the residents in our community.

Responsibilities of the Cook Aide:

• Assist the Cook with preparation and service of quality meals for all residents, including those with special diet needs.
• Support daily kitchen operations, including basic food prep, portioning, plating, and ensuring meals meet presentation standards.
• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to sanitation guidelines.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with stocking, labeling, and rotating food items to ensure freshness and compliance.
• Provide support during special events for marketing, activities, and community celebrations.
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Ensure residents are provided with privacy, respect, and dignity at all times.
• Complete state‑required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience:

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in food service, dining, or kitchen support preferred.
• Experience in a senior living community is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
