About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across its manufacturing, supply chain, project execution, facilities, and sustainability functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation, and ensuring the effective integration of project execution into ongoing operations. This role requires a leader who can build a high-performance culture, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and quality standards. The Vice President, Operations will also be a key partner to the President on operational strategy, capital investment, and risk management, and will be expected to develop leadership capability through talent management and succession planning. Candidates for the Vice President, Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in progressive leadership within manufacturing or operations, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related discipline. An MBA is preferred. The role demands a leader with strong strategic and operational capabilities, deep expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain management, and a proven track record in driving continuous improvement using Lean or similar methodologies. Strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to lead through change and manage complexity are essential. The Vice President, Operations will also be responsible for establishing and monitoring KPIs, leading sustainability initiatives, and promoting a culture of safety, quality, and engagement.
