Clinical Supervisor SUD Outpatient Clinic, Queens and NYC Locations

Clinical Supervisor, SUD Outpatient Clinic Location: Queens & NYC (covering both locations) The Second Wind Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our growing outpatient substance use disorder program. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about supporting staff, maintaining high standards of care, and helping shape a growing program. This position will cover both our Queens and NYC locations. In this role, you will work closely with the Clinical Director to provide clinical supervision and oversight to CASAC/CASAC-T counselors and CRPA/CRPA-P peer advocates, ensure documentation quality and compliance, and help strengthen day-to-day clinical operations across the program. What You’ll Do Provide clinical supervision to CASAC/CASAC-T substance use counselors and CRPA/CRPA-P certified recovery peer advocates across both locations Review and approve clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards Support clinician productivity and effective caseload management Help address documentation, compliance, and performance concerns Serve as a clinical resource and support day-to-day problem-solving for the clinical team Collaborate with the Clinical Director on program development and quality improvement What We’re Looking For Active NYS LCSW required Experience in SUD treatment strongly preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred, particularly overseeing credentialed SUD or peer support staff Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and quality standards Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities A supportive leader who can balance accountability with encouragement Willingness to travel between Queens and NYC locations as needed What We Offer Paid time off, including vacation and sick days Paid holidays Health insurance Opportunity for growth within a growing behavioral health organization Supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The W Group, Inc.
