Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. Responsibilities include greeting, assisting, and building lasting customer relationships to encourage membership retention and repeat visits; educating customers on tanning services, UV and sunless options, and proper skin care; driving sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store revenue goals; processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems; maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment; and completing daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
Requirements include previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences, goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
