Delivery Associate (Full Time)

Responsibilities Safely deliver 200+ packages to customers each day. Follow navigation to deliver packages along designated route. Use hand held device to obtain routing information and communicate effectively to customer and Bridgeway Logistics leadership, as needed. Safely operate and maintain company-owned vehicle during course of route. Load and unload packages for delivery. Problem solve and think critically to meet customer needs. Be professional and able to maintain high ethical standards. Have a positive, let's get it done attitude. Have strong communication skills. Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A weekend day is a must. Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus) Be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to squat, bend, climb stairs throughout a 10-hour work shift Able to safely and successfully deliver packages in challenging weather conditions. We deliver in all weather conditions.
