The role focuses on delivering authentic guest connections, serving cocktails and small plates, and maintaining a fun, energetic environment. About The Bradford Year‑round indoor/outdoor rooftop bar and lounge atop NJ’s only AC Marriott Hotel. Handcrafted cocktails, locally crafted brews, small plates, and bites. Private events for parties of 10 to 300 guests. Outdoor fire pit and views of Watchung Mountain Range. Only rooftop bar in Bridgewater. Responsibilities Work in a fast‑paced environment with a genuine desire to deliver true hospitality. Create authentic guest connections while providing cocktail and food table service. Bring your unique personality to the team. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Keys to Success – Required Experience & Skills 1–2+ years’ experience as a professional server in a high‑volume lounge, bar, or bar‑focused restaurant.
