Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification for New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with elementary students in a special education setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Skilled in case management, parent communication, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to meeting the unique needs of each student

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with a variety of learning and behavioral needs in compliance with IEP requirements
• Manage an elementary caseload, including creating and maintaining IEPs, conducting assessments, and tracking student progress
• Work proactively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, families, and support staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
• Utilize technology and differentiated teaching strategies to foster student growth
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times
