This role is critical in maintaining efficient recruitment operations and contributing to the successful hiring of top talent. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, video, and in-person meetings, across multiple time zones. \* Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview confirmations, providing updates, and responding to inquiries. \* Post job descriptions on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. \* Maintain and update candidate records and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accuracy and timeliness. \* Assist with pre-employment screening processes, such as background checks and drug screens, as required. \* Generate recruitment reports and provide data analysis to support strategic hiring initiatives. \* Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for out-of-town candidates, if necessary. \* Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork. \* Support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks, including expense reports, calendar management, and presentation preparation. \* Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience. Job Qualifications\*\* \* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. \* 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a human resources or recruiting department. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable. \* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. \* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders. \* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. \* Proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
