Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and current customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Learn about and confidently explain a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance
• Generate and follow up on leads while identifying opportunities to grow new and existing customer relationships
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and ongoing service needs
• Develop strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills through hands-on training and real-world experience
• Learn and utilize industry systems, processes, and best practices with guidance from experienced insurance professionals
• Meet with customers to review their insurance needs and help identify potential coverage solutions
• Collaborate with team members to provide a positive customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the agency

Requirements

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required. Licensing support and guidance are available for the right candidate.
• Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in the insurance industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals
• Ability to accept coaching, take initiative, and apply feedback
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-building is a plus, but not required
