Position Overview

As a Lead Skin Expert, you will support the Store Manager in leading the Skin Expert team, maintaining operational excellence, driving sales performance, and upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about skincare education, coaching team members, and delivering an elevated guest experience.

Operations Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner

• Support the Store Manager with scheduling adjustments, staffing needs, team breaks, and daily operational flow

• Assist with inventory counts, product ordering, shipment receiving, and inventory accuracy

• Help drive store and individual sales goals, including services, retail, memberships, and rebooking

• Support operational efficiency and ensure FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are consistently maintained

• Report directly to the Store Manager and provide support in achieving overall store performance goals

Leadership & Training Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding and training Skin Experts to ensure confidence in:

  • Service protocols

  • Product knowledge

  • Retail sales

  • Membership sales

  • Compliance and sanitation standards

• Train both new and existing Skin Experts on updated protocols, products, services, and ongoing education initiatives

• Support leadership in holding the Skin Expert team accountable to performance benchmarks and company initiatives

• Confidently conduct coaching conversations and provide constructive feedback to support team growth and development

• Assist with product knowledge, retail, and membership training for both Skin Experts and Front Bar Receptionists

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining all FACE FOUNDRIÉ service and operational standards

Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Support marketing initiatives including events, pop-ups, partnerships, and community outreach opportunities

• Assist with creating social media content that aligns with FACE FOUNDRIÉ brand standards

• Help promote national campaigns, local promotions, and brand initiatives

Qualifications

• Active AP MN Esthetician License required

• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred

• 1–2 years of salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred

• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a positive and professional manner

• Passion for skincare, sales, education, and guest experience

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed
