Patient Access & Registration Specialist

Memorial Health Ohio is seeking a Patient Representative to join our collaborative team. You will perform patient registration across multiple MOBs, gather demographics and insurance information, verify eligibility, and input data into the HIS while maintaining accuracy and patient confidentiality.
